Hello! My name is Shwetha Patil and I am a third-year undergraduate student majoring in Human Development. Prior to joining the HEAL Lab, I was a student extern at the UC Davis MIND Institute where I worked in Dr. Marjorie Solomon’s lab and assisted with the Cognitive Control in Autism (CoCoA) study. I am also part of the National Collegiate Leadership Council at the March of Dimes where we work towards spreading awareness and information about improving maternal and fetal health outcomes. I joined the HEAL Lab because I am interested in learning more about ACEs and disparities in reproductive healthcare, and I hope to study more about how we can achieve health equity in the United States.
