Bio

Hi everyone! My name is Sanna Ghatora and I am a third year undergraduate student majoring in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior, with a minor in Public Health. I am passionate about understanding how health disparities shape life-long health outcomes, particularly in underserved pediatric populations. Along with the HEAL Lab, I volunteer at the Knight’s Landing One Health Center, a student-run clinic that provides holistic and culturally competent health care services to the rural population in Knight’s Landing. I also volunteer at the Yolo Crisis Nursery, where I help provide child care for infants and toddlers from dysfunctional home environments. In the future, I hope to pursue a career in pediatric health care and continue advocating for health equity among underserved populations.
