Hi! My name is Pranjal Verma and I am a fourth year undergraduate student majoring in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior and minoring in Public Health. I am most interested in preventative care and perinatal factors that influence life-long health outcomes. In the future, I aspire to be a physician and want to earn a Master’s in Public Health in order to better understand the determinants of health that impact my community. Along with the HEAL Lab, I am also involved with the Imani Clinic, a student-run clinic that serves the underserved Black population of Oak Park, and the American Red Cross Club at UC Davis. In my free time, I enjoy exploring downtown Davis and listening to music.
