Hi! My name is Catelyn Edwards and I am a 4th year Biological Sciences major and a Public Health Minor. I am also the Co-Undergraduate Representative at Imani Clinic, a UC Davis student-run clinic dedicated to providing free primary health care to the underserved Black population of Oak Park. During Summer 2021, I was part of the Undergraduate Public Scholars Program (UPHS) where I spent the summer studying health disparities among incarcerated women in the United States. I am very interested in studying health disparities, more specifically reproductive injustices, among the BIPOC community. I hope to get my Master's in Public Health in the near future so I can continue working to promote health equity.
