My name is Aya-Mei Duncan and I am a 3rd year Human Development major with a minor in Public Health. I am interested in addressing health disparities in underserved groups in reproductive healthcare. In addition to working in the HEAL lab, I work for the Center for Mind and Brain as a research assistant in Dr. Ghetti's Memory and Development Lab. I am also involved in the Imani Clinic, a student run clinic that serves the underinsured population of Oak Park Sacramento. In the future I hope to pursue a career in reproductive healthcare with a specific focus on maternal/child healthcare disparities.
